Traditional Classes


Traditional Children’s Classes – 4 to 8 years old

Lessons are tailored to your child’s age and skill level. Our system teaches your child the basic 

fundamentals of Taekwondo while focusing to develop coordination, concentration and discipline. In this fun environment kids learn patience, exude self control and most importantly develop confidence and self-esteem.


Traditional Youth Classes – 9 to 13 years old

Our dynamic classes offer unique drills and exercises that will challenge and motivate students to 

perform at their best. They teach focus, confidence, fitness, flexibility and self-defense.


Traditional Adult Classes – 14 & up

Our Adult classes are a great way to work-out and de-stress. Our challenging exercises will help our 

adult students to develop strength, conditioning and flexibility. Benefits of this training are weight-loss, stress 

reduction and improved self-confidence.
