Taekwondo is for Everyone!

At Kovács Taekwondo, we welcome students starting at 5 years old and all levels of experience.

Whether you are looking to learn self-defense techniques, improve your physical fitness, or simply have fun, our classes are designed to meet your needs. We believe that martial arts are not just about physical fitness, but also about mental and emotional wellness.


As students progress, parents can expect to see improvements in concentration, coordination, self-esteem and discipline; the invaluable qualities that they can take to all areas of their life. 

Little Champions Classes (Ages 5 - 6)

Lessons are tailored to your child's age and skill level. Our system teaches your child the basic fundamentals of Taekwondo while focusing to develop coordination, concentration, and discipline. In this fun environment kids learn to be patient, to take turns, and most importantly to develop confidence and self esteem.

Youth Classes (Ages 7 - 12)

As children develop youth classes offer unique drills and exercises that will challenge and motivate students to perform at their best. We focus on helping children develop leadership skills, motivation, and discipline though physical fitness. Taekwondo is a fun way to stay active and to improve strength, flexibility and endurance while learning the fundamentals of self-defense.

Teen & Adult Classes (13 - Older)

Our adult classes are a great way to work-out and de-stress. Our exercises will help adult students to develop strength, conditioning and flexibility. Taekwondo training develops your whole body and with our program you will work toward your goals in an atmosphere that is motivating and encouraging. Every class includes stretching, cardio, strength, and endurance. You get the benefit of multiple exercise programs all in one workout!

Olympic Fight Class

Improve your fighting skills, learn how to become a more knowledgeable fighter with the goal to compete in various local, state, national and international Taekwondo tournaments. 


If you want to be more challenged and your goal is to be part of the USA National or Olympic Team, then this is the class for you. Be ready to train hard and learn what it takes to accomplish your goals and take your potential to the next level.

Learn from the best, become the best, and be part of the best Olympic Fight Team. 


*Please note that the Olympic Fight Class is in addition to your Traditional class. Due to its high intensity, you will be notified by your instructor when you are ready to integrate this advanced class to your training regimen. 

Private Lessons

(available by appointment only)

Our private classes offer you the opportunity to train directly with Ms. Andreea. We will focus on building a training program that both cater to your personal athletic goals and pushes you to a new fitness level.

Through one-on-one sessions, you will experience a top-notch athletic program that comprehensively deals with your physical health in a way that extends beyond what can be achieved in other classes.
